What every plan includes

Verified records only

HM Land Registry, planning.data.gov.uk, the EPC register and Environment Agency data — stored as published. Missing data is shown as unavailable, never estimated.

Findings, not raw data

Deterministic checks turn records into things worth knowing, each with its source, date and confidence.

Premium PDF reports

Twelve-section intelligence reports written for the reader's role, with every claim traceable to a source.

Your whole team

Invite colleagues by email, share reports across the firm, and keep one billing relationship.

Role-aware output

Conveyancer enquiries, lender checkpoints, feasibility notes or pre-instruction briefs from the same evidence.

Audit trail

Who ran what, when, and which source version it came from — kept for every report.

Questions

How long is the free trial?
Fourteen days from the moment your firm is created. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged automatically at the end.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account stays, and reports you have already generated remain available. To carry on generating new reports an owner picks a plan on the firm's billing page.
Can I add colleagues during the trial?
Yes. Invite them by email from your firm's Members page; each invitation link is single-use and expires after seven days.
How accurate is the data?
Everything shown comes from named public registers with the date it was published. Coverage varies by local authority, and anything we cannot verify is marked unavailable rather than filled in.
Is this legal or financial advice?
No. IPropIQ surfaces evidence for professionals to interpret. It does not replace formal searches, legal advice or a valuation.

IPropIQ is in beta. It presents evidence from public UK registers with the source and date for each item, and marks anything it cannot verify as unavailable. It is not legal, financial or valuation advice and does not replace regulated conveyancing searches or a professional's own judgement.
